Alpha Marriage

COMMENCING: Term 4

Whether you’ve been married for one year or forty, the Alpha Marriage Course offers a chance to grow closer and strengthen your relationship. Across seven sessions, you and your spouse will explore key areas like communication, resolving conflict, forgiveness, and understanding each other’s needs—all through private, couple-focused conversations.

Flourish Course

COMMENCING: Term 4

'Flourish' is a life skills program for women and girls of all ages. It is founded on the belief that each girl or woman has been created to thrive and to have the opportunity to fulfil her life's purpose regardless of background or situation. The journey includes discerning between perception and reality, connection between body, soul and spirit, breaking the power of words spoken over us, emotions and intellectual intelligence, love languages questionnaire, communication, conflict and forgiveness, using my gifts and talents to influence others, boundaries and goal setting.
